• Experienced Developer and Innovator:
  
  • You are a natural builder, innovator, and technologist who wants to solve real-world problems. 👾
  • You are a seasoned developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, or Architect (no ‘PowerPoint Architects’).
  • You excel in building impactful solutions using at least two of the following languages: Python, Go, Rust, JavaScript, or its derivatives (preferably TypeScript, Next.js, or React).
  • You design, document, and champion profound technical architectures for our customers and our own solutions derived from specific business challenges. This includes setting coding standards and driving technical excellence across the team.
  • You are very experienced in applying LLM/GenAI models in technical solutions and have a profound understanding of its principles.
  • You bring a deep and demonstrable understanding of modern cloud, microservice, and Kubernetes architectures, APIs, as well as data integration/orchestration to everything you build.
• Operational Team Leadership:
  • You have proven 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and guiding a development team. However, you are still motivated to tackle operational technical challenges yourself because operational tech leaders do make a difference.
  • You are comfortable managing the technical workflow, performing code reviews, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.
  • You actively coach team members, share knowledge, and contribute to their professional development and growth.
• Customer and Team Obsession:
  • You thrive on direct client interaction, gaining first-hand understanding of their challenges and understanding their business processes sufficiently (tech/AI adoption is the key).
  • You are a collaborative team player who contributes to a positive company culture and enjoys sharing knowledge and empowering others.
  • You are a great communicator in English.
  • You can communicate in German at C1 level or at B2 with the motivation to improve further.

• You have a work permit for the European Union.
• Based in one of our hubs around Stuttgart, Munich, or Amsterdam

Optional Requirements:

• Experienced in ERP and CRM-based business processes and their technical mapping.
• Experienced in ML/DL.
