Who You Are 

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experienced Developer and Innovator: 
  • You are a natural builder, innovator, and technologist who wants to solve real-world problems. 👾
  • You are a seasoned developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, or Architect (no ‘PowerPoint Architects’).
  • You excel in building impactful solutions using at least two of the following languages: Python, Go, Rust, JavaScript, or its derivatives (preferably TypeScript, Next.js, or React).
  • You are very experienced in applying LLM/GenAI models in technical solutions and have a good understanding of its principles.
  • You bring a deep understanding of modern cloud, microservice, and Kubernetes architectures, APIs, as well as data integration/orchestration to everything you build.
  • You design profound technical architectures for our customers and our own solutions derived from specific business challenges.
• Customer and Team Obsession: 
  • You thrive on direct client interaction, gaining first-hand understanding of their challenges and understanding their business processes sufficiently (tech/AI adoption is the key).
  • You are a collaborative team player who contributes to a positive company culture and enjoys sharing knowledge and empowering others.
  • You are a great communicator in English.
• Formal Requirements:
  • You have a work permit for the European Union.
    

Optional Requirements:

• Leadership experience for tech teams.
• Deep understanding of complex (customer) enterprise architectures.
• Experienced in ERP and CRM-based business processes and their technical mapping.
• Experienced in ML/DL.
• German language skills.
• Based in one of our hubs around Stuttgart, Munich, or Amsterdam.
