The Role
We are part of a team of entrepreneurs who value tangible results and a fast time-to-market. We are looking for a like-minded Senior Customer Success Manager who is responsible for customer outcomes, retention, and expansion.
Join us as the primary point of contact for assigned customers from post-sale onboarding through long-term partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully while identifying opportunities to expand value and revenue. This is a hybrid role combining Customer Success & Account Ownership, Project & Delivery Coordination, Business Analysis, and Commercial Upsell Support (not sales).

- Experienced Customer Success Manager:
- You have 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management, or Business Analysis in the area of digital transformation, data integration/management, process automation or AI.
- You have a proven track record of managing complex customer engagements and supporting commercial growth within existing accounts.
- You possess a commercial mindset without being “salesy” and are capable of identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer roadmap.
- You act as a trusted advisor who helps customers see “what’s next,” supporting renewals and contract extensions.
- Project Management & Business Analysis:
- You are a structured thinker with strong project management skills - reliable, calm under pressure, and able to manage scope, priorities, and risks proactively.
- You can translate customer objectives into structured project plans, milestones, and timelines.
- You excel at business analysis: understanding customer processes, pain points, and constraints, and translating them into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- You support solution design by ensuring alignment between business value and technical implementation.
- Customer and Team Obsession:
- You thrive on direct client interaction, gaining first-hand understanding of their challenges and understanding their business processes sufficiently.
- You act as the customer voice internally, feeding learnings into delivery standards and playbooks to help improve onboarding and documentation.
- You are empathetic, confident, and able to challenge customers constructively.
- You are a great communicator in English with excellent skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
- You can communicate in German at C1 level or at B2 with the motivation to improve further.
- You have a work permit for the European Union.
- Based in one of our hubs around Stuttgart, Munich, or Amsterdam.
Optional Requirements:
- Profound technical background in AI, automation, ERP, or data integration projects is strongly preferred.
