Your tasks
As a Founder's Associate (internship or working student), you will work directly with the founding team and gain deep insights into the development and growth of a dynamic tech start-up. 🙌
You will support us with strategic, operational and organizational topics - from market analysis and internal processes to the preparation of customer projects.
This role is ideal for anyone looking for a steep learning curve, responsibility and an understanding of how a start-up really works.
Your profile

- You are keen to actively help shape a young company and take on responsibility.
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where things move quickly and you can learn a lot.
You are curious, motivated and contribute your own ideas. 🚀

- Analytical, organized & hands-on
- You work in a structured manner, can grasp new topics quickly and develop solutions independently.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, ideally also initial experience with tools such as Notion or HubSpot.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
- You are currently a student (Bachelor or Master).
- You are looking for a mandatory internship or a working student position (approx. 15-20 hours/week).
Nice to have:
- First practical experience in a start-up, in consulting, marketing, operations or business development.
- Interest in tech, AI or process automation.
- Place of residence or willingness to meet occasionally in Stuttgart, Munich or Amsterdam.
