About Us
beyondbots is building the Logistics AI Operating System: an AI-native platform that automates the core processes of transport and logistics companies — from the order through execution to invoicing. We built it over more than two years together with more than 20 logistics companies, from Europe and with European data and technology sovereignty. We have already supported companies such as Porsche, REWE, ZF and SVG Süd with process automation and the use of AI.
The Role — Founder’s Associate
You work directly with the founding team and gain deep insight into building and scaling a dynamic tech start-up. You connect tech with business and help scale the company.
- You support strategic, operational and organisational topics — from market analysis and improving internal processes to preparing customer projects.
- You own your own topics and see them through, instead of only assisting.
- You see how a start-up really works: decisions, priorities, customer contact.

Who You Are
Mandatory requirements:
Start-up mindset and initiative. You want to actively shape a young company, take responsibility and contribute your own ideas. You feel at home in a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve.
Analytical and structured. You grasp new, complex topics quickly and develop suitable solutions on your own.
Digital native with hands-on AI. Using modern tools is normal for you; you work confidently with Google Workspace and with AI models.
Languages. You communicate confidently in English and German.
This Role Is NOT for You If
- you need clearly defined tasks and fixed processes.
- you would rather assist than own your own topics.
- you see AI tools as a gimmick rather than part of how you work.
Formal Requirements
- You are currently a student (bachelor’s or master’s) within the European Union.
- You hold a work permit for the European Union.
- You are looking for a mandatory internship (40 hours/week) or a working student position (20 hours/week).
Nice to Have
- First hands-on experience in a start-up, in consulting, marketing, operations or business development.
- Interest in tech, AI and process automation.
- Based in Stuttgart, Munich or Amsterdam, or willing to travel there occasionally.
