About Us
beyondbots is building the Logistics AI Operating System: an AI-native platform that automates the core processes of transport and logistics companies — from the order through execution to invoicing. We built it over more than two years together with more than 20 logistics companies, from Europe and with European data and technology sovereignty. We have already supported companies such as Porsche, REWE, ZF and SVG Süd with process automation and the use of AI.
The Role — Digital Marketing
You develop new content for inbound marketing with us and optimise performance at the touchpoints — with the latest tools and AI.
- You develop content and run campaigns at touchpoints such as LinkedIn, Instagram and search engines.
- You evaluate the campaigns regularly and improve how we address customers.
- You contribute your own ideas for new campaigns and creative content.

Who You Are
Mandatory requirements:
A drive to make things happen. You want to learn new things, contribute your own ideas and see results.
Marketing and technology. Both excite you, and you try out new tools instead of waiting for instructions.
Hands-on digital marketing. Theoretical or practical knowledge, for example from your studies, training or self-study — a degree is not a must.
Languages. You speak fluent English and German.
This Role Is NOT for You If
- you expect finished briefings instead of developing topics yourself.
- numbers and campaign analysis bore you.
- you see AI tools as a gimmick rather than part of how you work.
Formal Requirements
- You hold a work permit for the European Union.
- You are looking for a working student position (20 hours/week).
Nice to Have
- Prior knowledge of the HubSpot CRM.
- First experience with content or social media campaigns.
- Interest in logistics, tech and AI.
